Hello there, I’m Stacey Epstein. I started Magnetic because I’ve spent my career in B2B software, and I’ve seen firsthand what separates the ones that struggle from the ones that thrive.
I’ve helped build, grow, and exit some iconic SaaS brands. At SuccessFactors, I helped define the category of cloud-based performance management, fueling six straight years of triple-digit growth, an IPO, and a $3.4 billion acquisition by SAP. At ServiceMax, I built and scaled the marketing function through hypergrowth, leading to a $1 billion acquisition by GE.
Later, as CEO of Zinc, I found myself on the other side of the table—leading a startup navigating the challenges of product-market fit and executing a strategic pivot to drive a successful outcome. I then returned to my marketing roots as CMO at Freshworks, where I helped lead the company through its $1 billion IPO on the Nasdaq.
Through all of these experiences, one thing became clear: the companies that nail their positioning along with their go-to-market strategy & execution are the ones that consistently win.
